📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage client relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
- Ensure all export-import documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with relevant regulations.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle client inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently.
- Monitor and manage the export-import process from start to finish.
- Maintain and update client records and databases.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations.
- Prepare and present reports on export-import activities and client interactions.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service and export-import administration.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Familiarity with export-import documentation and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian.
