📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and implement continuous improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Conduct process mapping and analysis to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Utilize Minitab and other data analysis tools to measure and monitor process performance.
• Facilitate Kaizen events and workshops to engage employees in continuous improvement activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process optimization and waste elimination.
• Develop and maintain continuous improvement plans and action items.
• Provide training and coaching to employees on continuous improvement techniques.
• Monitor and report on the progress of continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in continuous improvement, process optimization, or a related role.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt) is a plus.
• Proficient in using Minitab and other data analysis tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Familiarity with SCM operations and industry best practices.
