📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
• Assist in preparing and serving food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the café, including tables, chairs, and restrooms.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and dishes to ensure a hygienic environment.
• Assist in stocking and organizing food and beverage supplies.
• Follow health and safety protocols, including proper hygiene practices and food handling procedures.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations and high service standards.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including attendance, punctuality, and dress code.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 6 months of experience in a food service or hospitality role.
• Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and tools.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for food and customer service.
• Willingness to work part-time hours, including weekends and evenings.
