As a Sentra Support Helpdesk Officer, you will be the first point of contact for all IT-related issues, providing timely and efficient support to our employees. This role requires a proactive and customer-focused individual who can troubleshoot and resolve technical problems using tools like ServiceNow, Zendesk, and other IT support software. You will work closely with various departments to ensure that our IT infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line IT support to employees, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
• Manage and maintain IT helpdesk tickets using ServiceNow and Zendesk.
• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and networks.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve potential issues.
• Document all IT support activities and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with the IT team to implement and maintain IT policies and procedures.
• Train and support end-users on IT systems and applications.
• Participate in IT projects and initiatives as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support roles.
• Proven experience with ITIL frameworks and best practices.
• Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Knowledge of network protocols and troubleshooting techniques.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
