📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee all marine operations, including vessel maintenance, crew management, and safety compliance.
• Ensure that all maritime activities adhere to international and local regulations.

• Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain high standards of safety and performance.
• Manage and mentor the marine crew, fostering a culture of safety and excellence.

• Utilize software such as ECDIS, Fleet Management Systems, and Safety Management Systems to monitor and optimize marine operations.
• Represent SOECHI at maritime industry events and conferences to build professional relationships and stay updated on industry trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in maritime operations, with a focus on leadership and supervision.
• Proven track record of managing marine crews and ensuring compliance with international maritime regulations.
• Certifications such as STCW Basic Safety Training (BST), Advanced Fire Fighting (AFF), and Safety Management Systems (SMS) are highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of maritime laws, regulations, and standards, including ISM, ISPS, and SOLAS.
• Proficiency in using maritime software and tools, including ECDIS, Fleet Management Systems, and Safety Management Systems.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and develop marine crews.
• Ability to work under pressure and make critical decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Nautical Science, Marine Engineering, or a related field.
