📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and monitor the fleet of corporate vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition for daily operations.
• Track and optimize fuel consumption, including procurement, distribution, and reporting.
• Develop and implement fuel management strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Coordinate with drivers and maintenance teams to ensure timely servicing and repairs.
• Monitor vehicle performance and safety, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline logistics operations and enhance overall service delivery.
• Provide regular reports on fleet performance, fuel usage, and maintenance schedules to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.
• Proficient in using fleet management software such as Geotab, Samsara, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Knowledge of fuel management best practices and regulations.
• Valid driver’s license and experience driving corporate vehicles is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
