📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement effective visual merchandising strategies to enhance product display and attract customers.
• Conduct store audits and provide recommendations for improving product presentation and layout.
• Collaborate with store managers and merchandising teams to ensure consistent brand image across all locations.
• Monitor sales performance and adjust merchandising strategies accordingly.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in visual merchandising and retail technology.
• Train and mentor store staff on visual merchandising best practices.
• Work closely with the product development team to ensure new products are launched with optimal merchandising plans.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to visual merchandising.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in visual merchandising or retail operations.
• Strong understanding of retail principles and visual merchandising techniques.
• Proficient in using visual merchandising software such as Visual Merchandiser Pro or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Creative and innovative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
• Familiarity with POS systems and retail technology is a plus.
