• Extract, code, and summarize medical information from patient records, insurance claims, and research documents.
• Use medical software such as Epic, Cerner, and MEDITECH to ensure accurate and efficient data processing.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure that medical information is accessible and useful for decision-making.
• Review and verify the accuracy of medical data to maintain high standards of quality.
• Stay updated with the latest medical coding standards and guidelines.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new medical data extraction and analysis processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management, Medical Coding, or a related field.
• Certification in medical coding (e.g., CPC, CCS, or RHIA) is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical abstracting or a related role.
• Proficient in using medical software such as Epic, Cerner, and MEDITECH.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data processing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
