You will also be responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of our training programs and making recommendations for improvement.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and deliver high-quality training programs to our clinical team
• Work closely with our doctors and nurses to ensure they are equipped with the latest knowledge and skills in aesthetic medicine
• Evaluate the effectiveness of our training programs and make recommendations for improvement
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in aesthetic medicine
• Ensure that our training programs are in line with industry standards and regulations
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to our clinical team
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our training programs are aligned with the overall goals of the clinic
• Participate in continuing education programs to maintain and enhance your own skills and knowledge

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Medicine or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in aesthetic medicine
• Certification in aesthetic medicine from a recognized organization
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages
• Experience with training and development programs
• Knowledge of relevant software and tools, such as medical imaging software, treatment planning software, and patient management systems
