Cashier (Kasir) - Part-Time Store Position

As a Cashier (Kasir) at PT. Atakrib Group, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience. Our store in DI Yogyakarta is a vibrant hub of activity, and we need someone who can adapt quickly to our dynamic environment.

This is a part-time position offering competitive pay of Rp 1,800,000 - Rp 2,200,000 per month, with opportunities for growth and development within the company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process customer transactions accurately using our in-store POS system, including cash, credit, and debit payments.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
• Maintain a clean and organized cash register area, including counting and reconciling cash at the end of each shift.
• Assist with stock management by updating inventory levels and alerting the store manager of any low stock items.
• Follow store policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
• Deliver excellent customer service, promoting a positive shopping experience for all customers.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily sales targets.
• Participate in store promotions and events to enhance customer engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or cashier role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with a diverse range of customers.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in using POS systems and inventory management software.
• Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from various backgrounds.
• Willingness to work part-time hours, including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
