📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and manage photobox services, ensuring high-quality photos and prints are delivered to customers
• Assist customers with their purchases, providing information and recommendations on our products
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales
• Stock and organize products, ensuring our shelves are always well-displayed and stocked
• Assist with store maintenance tasks, including cleaning and organizing
• Maintain a clean and tidy store environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or issues promptly
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems
• Friendly and approachable demeanor, with a passion for customer service
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20 pounds
