🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or a related field in the financial services industry.
• Proficient in using CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Strong understanding of data analytics tools like Excel, Google Analytics, or Tableau.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Certification in financial services or marketing would be a plus.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian.
