Provide technical support and assistance to clients in the cloud computing environment,Work closely with our team of engineers to ensure that clients' cloud infrastructure is running smoothly and efficiently,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and problems,Monitor and maintain the performance and availability of cloud infrastructure,Develop and implement best practices and procedures for cloud infrastructure management,Provide training and support to clients on the use of cloud computing technologies,Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and trends in cloud computing,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our clients' needs are met

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field,5+ years of experience in cloud computing and technical support,Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud,Strong knowledge of networking, virtualization, and cloud infrastructure,Excellent communication and problem-solving skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Fluency in English, both written and spoken,Experience with Linux/Unix operating systems is a plus
