📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.,Manage and mentor a team of staff to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and food handling standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Manage inventory and ordering to ensure cost efficiency and food quality.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Participate in training and development programs for staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
