📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food preparation.,Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and served according to health and safety standards.,Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant.,Manage the restaurant's budget and ensure that all expenses are within the allocated budget.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and develop the restaurant staff to ensure they are knowledgeable and skilled in their roles.,Monitor customer feedback and make necessary improvements to enhance the customer experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using basic computer software and technology.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
