Hotel Citra Health Center is looking for a dedicated Purchasing Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing procurement activities to ensure the smooth operation of our hotel. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all procurement activities including purchasing, receiving, and inventory management.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure the best possible prices and quality of goods.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers.,Prepare and analyze purchase reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Maintain accurate records of all transactions and ensure timely payment to suppliers.,Assist in the development and implementation of purchasing strategies to support the hotel's business goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.,Strong knowledge of purchasing software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with industry standards and best practices.,Ability to travel as required by the business.
