📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement,Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and clients,Ensure the smooth implementation of projects and initiatives,Develop and implement training programs for operational staff

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role,Strong leadership and management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software,Familiarity with operational management systems and best practices,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
