📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide expert tax advice and guidance to clients, ensuring compliance with Indonesian tax laws and regulations,Develop and implement tax planning strategies to minimize clients' tax liabilities,Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance,Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and provide training to team members,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and long-term partnerships,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of tax services,Identify opportunities for cost savings and tax efficiency through continuous analysis of tax strategies,Lead a team of tax consultants, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure high-quality service delivery

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax consulting, preferably in an international environment,Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws and regulations,Proficiency in tax planning and compliance strategies,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Professional certification in taxation (e.g., CPA, CMA, or equivalent) is a plus
