📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.,Lead the recruitment team, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality hiring.,Conduct job analyses and design job descriptions to attract the right candidates.,Source and screen candidates, coordinating with hiring managers to schedule interviews.,Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from advertising jobs to onboarding new hires.,Collaborate with other departments to understand business needs and align recruitment efforts accordingly.,Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to stakeholders.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of successful hires.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.,Knowledge of labor laws and regulations is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
