Market Bay Jaya is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Bookkeeper to join our finance team in Tegal. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our accounting processes, ensuring accurate financial records, and providing financial reports to support our business operations. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all accounting processes, including but not limited to, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.,Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including invoices, receipts, and bank statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Provide financial reports and analysis to support business decision-making.,Train and mentor junior bookkeepers and staff on accounting procedures.,Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Collaborate with the finance team to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial data.,Handle special projects and tasks as assigned by the finance manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role.,Proven experience in managing accounting processes and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.,Strong knowledge of accounting software, particularly QuickBooks or SAP.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.
