📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning and execution of banquet events from start to finish.,Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure all banquet requirements are met.,Manage a team of banquet staff, providing guidance and support.,Ensure the banquet venue is prepared according to specifications and timelines.,Handle guest inquiries and address any issues that may arise during the event.,Work closely with the sales team to understand client needs and deliver exceptional service.,Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation at all times.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in banquet operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in banquet operations or a related field.,Proven track record of successfully managing banquet events.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of banquet equipment, setup, and maintenance.,Familiarity with event planning software and tools.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or a related field is preferred.
