📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage service.,Ensure that all food and beverage items are prepared and served according to high standards of quality and presentation.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and attract new customers.,Monitor and analyze sales and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.,Train and develop restaurant staff to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A diploma or bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,At least 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
