As an NPI Buyer at Brooks Automation, you will be at the heart of our procurement process, working closely with engineers, designers, and suppliers to ensure that we have the right materials, components, and tools at the right time. You will leverage your expertise in procurement and supply chain management to drive efficiency and cost-effectiveness in our operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze procurement requirements for new product introductions (NPI).
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify cost-effective and high-quality suppliers.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to secure the best possible terms.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure that we have the right materials on hand for production.
• Track and report on procurement metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in procurement and supply chain management.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our procurement processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, with a focus on NPI or similar roles.
• Proven track record of successful procurement and supplier management.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using procurement software such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, or similar.
• Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
