📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store operations to ensure smooth daily transactions,Handle customer inquiries and complaints,Maintain inventory levels and order restocking,Assist in the organization of store events and promotions,Monitor store performance and sales data,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Train and supervise store staff,Handle cash handling and financial transactions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in retail or administrative roles,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Willingness to travel for field work,Basic knowledge of retail operations and processes,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software,Ability to lift and move items up to 20 lbs
