Prime Village Group is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our finance team in Bontang, Kalimantan Timur. This is a hybrid role, offering a flexible work environment that combines the benefits of remote work with in-office collaboration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and bookkeeping, with a passion for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the company's financial operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update the company's general ledger, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.,Prepare and process monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Record and reconcile all financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.,Monitor bank accounts and ensure proper authorization and recording of all deposits and withdrawals.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.,Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.,Maintain and organize financial records and documents, ensuring easy access and retrieval.,Stay updated with accounting regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).,Excellent organizational and analytical skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting and tax laws.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
