📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals and support employee development.
• Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and initiatives to foster a positive and productive workplace.
• Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with management to address employee concerns and resolve conflicts.
• Oversee the recruitment and selection process, working closely with hiring managers to source and evaluate candidates.
• Manage and maintain HR records, including employee files, performance appraisals, and training records.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR, and share insights with the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a strong background in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
• Proficient in using HR software, such as BambooHR, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Indonesia and Malaysia.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
