📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage kitchen operations to ensure efficient and high-quality food preparation.,Develop and implement food menus that meet customer expectations and align with the restaurant's vision.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality and safety.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food handling and hygiene standards.,Manage inventory and purchasing to ensure optimal use of ingredients and minimize waste.,Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute marketing strategies for the restaurant.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment to ensure food safety and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Proven track record of successfully managing kitchen operations and staff.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards, including HACCP and ISO 22000.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with local and international culinary trends and techniques.,Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other departments.
