Geekhunter, a leading edtech company in Bali, is seeking passionate educators to join our micro-nursery in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung. Our nursery is committed to providing a safe, nurturing space where children can explore, learn, and grow. With a focus on early childhood development, we use a blend of Montessori principles, play-based learning, and sensory activities to create a holistic learning experience.

As an Early Childhood Educator, you will be responsible for creating engaging and developmentally appropriate activities that stimulate cognitive, physical, and social growth. You will work closely with parents to understand each child's unique needs and preferences, ensuring a personalized learning experience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement play-based learning activities that align with early childhood development milestones.
• Create a safe and stimulating environment that encourages exploration and creativity.
• Assist in sensory activities such as water play, sand play, and sensory bins to enhance learning.
• Collaborate with parents to understand each child's unique needs and preferences.
• Document children's progress and communicate it to parents regularly.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development activities to stay updated on best practices in early childhood education.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including first aid and emergency procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized nursery environment, including daily tidying and cleaning tasks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Pedagogy, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in early childhood education, preferably in a micro-nursery setting.
• Certification in early childhood education (e.g., Montessori, Early Years, or similar) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of early childhood development milestones and play-based learning techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with using educational software and tools such as Seesaw, Kidskloud, or similar.
• Passion for working with infants and toddlers, and a commitment to fostering a love for learning.
