• Oversee daily drilling operations, ensuring safety and compliance with regulations.
• Manage and mentor a team of drillers, fostering a culture of safety and efficiency.
• Optimize drilling processes using advanced software like RigTrack Pro and DrillView.
• Monitor and maintain drilling equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate risks.
• Prepare and submit detailed reports on drilling activities, including progress, issues, and recommendations.
• Collaborate with the geology and engineering teams to ensure accurate and efficient drilling.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance drilling operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Drilling Foreman or similar role in the mining or drilling industry.
• Certification as a Certified Drilling Supervisor (CDS) or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of drilling technologies, equipment, and safety regulations.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
