Puskesmas Fitri Kebab is seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy HR Manager to join our team. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR Manager in recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new employees.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts.,Oversee leave administration and attendance tracking.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs.,Support the HR Manager in compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management in a healthcare or related industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with healthcare industry standards and best practices.,Knowledge of English is a plus.
