📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily store operations, including inventory, sales, and customer service.,Oversee the work of store staff, providing guidance and support.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular stock checks and manage inventory levels.,Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to boost sales.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Assist in the preparation of financial reports and other management documents.,Participate in training and development programs for store staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar retail management role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using basic computer software and retail management systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail industry and market trends is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.,Must be fluent in Indonesian both written and spoken.
