📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including staff scheduling, sales targets, and inventory management.
• Manage and maintain store inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely replenishment.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of merchandise and other store needs.
• Train and develop sales associates, providing ongoing support and guidance to help them achieve their targets.
• Implement and monitor marketing strategies to drive sales and promote the store's brand.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations, including health and safety standards.
• Monitor store performance metrics, such as sales, customer satisfaction, and staff productivity, and provide regular reports to the Store Manager.
• Work closely with the Store Manager to develop and implement plans for store improvement and growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of driving sales and improving store performance.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, staff, and vendors.
• Proficiency in using retail management software, such as Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of industry trends, including sportswear and retail, and the ability to apply this knowledge to drive sales and improve the shopping experience.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
