📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations including opening and closing procedures.,Oversee staff scheduling, performance, and training.,Ensure that all products are displayed attractively and are stocked according to company guidelines.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the store manager.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Participate in inventory management and restocking activities.,Promote company policies and procedures to ensure consistency across the store.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Store Operator or similar role in the retail industry.,Proven leadership and management skills with the ability to train and mentor staff.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and local market trends is a plus.
