Lead and manage the Operational Risk Management team in the APAC region, ensuring the effective implementation of risk management strategies.,Oversee the development and maintenance of the regional risk management framework, ensuring it aligns with international standards and local regulations.,Identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks across all business units in the APAC region.,Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement risk management policies and procedures.,Monitor and report on key risk indicators, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.,Foster a culture of risk awareness and accountability across the organization.,Stay abreast of emerging risks and trends in the APAC region, and proactively address them.,Drive continuous improvement in the risk management processes, leveraging best practices and innovative solutions.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
A degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field.,Proven experience in a senior management role in Operational Risk Management, preferably in a global or regional context.,Strong understanding of risk management frameworks and regulations, including Basel III, SOX, and local regulations.,Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
