📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.,Ensure compliance with local and national labor laws and regulations.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Conduct employee training and development programs.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Handle employee grievances and disputes.,Coordinate with management to address HR issues and concerns.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
