📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and qualify potential customers through outbound and inbound sales efforts.,Conduct outreach to prospects via email, phone, and social media to generate interest in Stripe's products and services.,Collaborate with the sales team to schedule and prepare for customer meetings and demos.,Track and manage the sales pipeline, updating CRM systems and reporting on progress.,Provide market insights and competitive analysis to inform sales strategies.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales processes and best practices.,Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,2-4 years of experience in sales development, business development, or a related field.,Strong understanding of the fintech industry and payment solutions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.,Proficient in using CRM systems and sales tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.,Fluency in English and Japanese is required.,Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
