📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of the outlet, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.,Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance to maintain high standards of service.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to maintain food quality and availability.,Implement and maintain health and safety protocols in the kitchen and dining area.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.,Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Collaborate with the corporate team to implement new initiatives and improvements.,Ensure the outlet meets financial targets and maintains profitability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant or food service management.,Proven track record of successfully managing and growing a food service outlet.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Experience in training and developing staff.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
