📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Manage and develop a team of store staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction.,Implement and monitor sales strategies to drive revenue growth.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor inventory levels and ordering to maintain optimal stock.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Collaborate with the corporate team to implement new initiatives and improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the F&B industry.,Proven track record of managing teams and driving store performance.,Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.,Certification in food safety and hygiene is a plus.
