📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure food safety and quality standards are met.

Develop and implement menus that align with our brand and customer preferences.

Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.

Manage inventory and purchasing of food ingredients.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Participate in cost control and budgeting activities.

Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.

Proven track record of successfully managing kitchen operations.

Strong knowledge of Indonesian cuisine and international culinary trends.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Familiarity with food cost control and budgeting.

Valid food safety and hygiene certificates.

Ability to work in a hybrid environment.
