📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process and record all financial transactions accurately and promptly.,Maintain and update financial records, including invoices, receipts, and bank statements.,Prepare and submit financial reports to management as required.,Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Handle cash and manage petty cash to ensure accurate financial records.,Provide excellent customer service to clients and ensure their financial needs are met.,Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure all financial transactions are processed correctly.,Stay up-to-date with accounting regulations and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a cashier or accounting role.,Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and Tetum is a plus.,Valid work permit for Dili is required.
