📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Design and deliver engaging English lessons using interactive teaching methods and materials
- Assess students' language skills and provide personalized feedback to support their progress
- Collaborate with the Bimbel Id Batam team to create a supportive and motivating learning environment
- Utilize educational software like Zoom and Google Classroom to enhance virtual learning experiences
- Stay up-to-date with the latest teaching methodologies and educational trends
- Participate in team meetings and professional development activities
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance
- Promote a positive and inclusive classroom culture
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in English Language, Education, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an English tutor or teacher
- Strong communication skills in both English and Indonesian
- Certification in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) or a similar qualification is a plus
- Experience with educational software like Zoom and Google Classroom
- Passionate about inspiring and mentoring young learners
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Valid teaching license or permission to work in Indonesia
