📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Pastry Chef in preparing and baking pastries, breads, and other bakery products.,Ensure the quality and consistency of pastries by following standard operating procedures.,Assist in maintaining a clean and organized bakery workspace.,Prepare and maintain inventory records for pastry ingredients.,Assist in creating new pastry recipes and menu items.,Assist in training and mentoring new bakery staff.,Assist in preparing and presenting pastries for special events and promotions.,Assist in maintaining health and safety standards in the bakery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Pastry Chef or Assistant Pastry Chef.,Knowledge of various pastry techniques and ingredients.,Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.,Strong communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.,Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.,Familiarity with bakery software and equipment.
